  • 2 cups onions, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 8 oz package egg noodles
  • 1 tsp corn starch
  • 1/8 cup water
  • 2 Tbsp butter

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a medium blending bowl, blend ground beef, onions, egg, bread crumbs, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, overwhelmed red peppers and pepper together. Make small size meatballs (should get about 24).
  2. upload butter to cast iron pan, or big frying pan, and after butter melts, upload meatballs.
