FOR THE CHICKEN MEATBALLS
- 1/2 pound ground chicken
- 1/2 pound chicken sausage, casing removed
- 1/3 cup Panko
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
