GREEK PITA PIZZAS
I really love Greek/Mediterranean food. i really like the freshness, the colours, the flavors, and that for the maximum part it’s completely healthful (assuming you lay off the baklava)! Like many of you January is the month for me to reset my frame back to it’s ordinary methods of eating after all the consolation meals and desserts that December threw at me. severely, it threw it at me and that i just opened my mouth and said “yes please”! nicely, I’m buying it now with pants that don’t healthy the way they need to and a bloated feeling that just won’t leave. those Greek Pita Pizzas are the ideal way to experience a wholesome dinner or lunch, however nevertheless experience such as you have become something extra unique.

INGREDIENTS:
- 4 whole wheat mini pitas
- 4 tablespoons hummus, I used an original flavor
- 1/4 cup feta cheese
- 1/2 cup English cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup yellow bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup kalamata olives, diced
- 1/2 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a medium sized bowl combine the cucumber, yellow bell pepper, tomatoes, onion, olives, olive oil, vinegar, salt, and oregano.
- spread a tablespoon of hummus on pinnacle of every mini pita.
- Divide the Greek salad aggregate calmly on top of every pita.
- pinnacle the pizzas with a tablespoon of feta cheese.
- Serve without delay.
