APPLE CRUMBLE BARS
Apple Crumble Bars ? Scrumptiously spongy and smarmy tumble exerciser that are filled with sexy cinnamon-coated apple chunks. A perfect way to kick-start your season baking!

INGREDIENTS:

- 3 cups plain/all-purpose flour 375g

- 3/4 cup light brown sugar 150g
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
FOR THE APPLE FILLING:
- 4 medium apples peeled and chopped
- Juice of 1 small lemon
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon cornflour/cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
INSTRUCTIONS:
FOR THE CRUMBLE:
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F/Gas 4. Connexion an 8x8-inch tract baking pan with foil or sheepskin essay. Set aside.
