INGREDIENTS:
- 3 boneless chicken breasts, (about 1½ pounds)

- 1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
INSTRUCTIONS:
