CHOCOLATE STEAMED SPONGE CAKE
Brown steamed buns (steamed brownies or broccus), one of the best cakes from Bandung, who never lost his fans. Because of the irreplaceable taste of chocolate, brown steamed sponge is made with various kinds of ingredients and many are sold on the market.
Even though you can get this delicious chocolate steamed sponge easily on the market but it doesn't hurt to try to make your own at home. The steps are quite simple, try to look at the recipe below!
INGREDIENTS:
- Chocolate cooks 125 grams, melts
- 50 ml salad / fried oil
- 50 gram margarine, melt
- 50 ml sweetened condensed milk
- 4 grain chicken eggs
- 180 grams of sugar
- Cake emulsifier / SP 1 tsp
- Moderate 100 grams of wheat flour
- Chocolate powder 1 tablespoon
- Chocolate paste 1sdm
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Mix chocolate, oil, margarine, and sweetened condensed milk. Mix well, set aside.
- Beat eggs, sugar and SP until they are white and thick
- Add the mixture of flour and powdered chocolate while stirring until blended
- Pour the brown mixture to cook slowly while stirring until blended.
- Pour the batter in a 20x20 cm pan with baking paper and margarine.
- Steam the mixture until cooked for 30-40 minutes. Lift and cool.
