CHOCOLATE BALLS
Chocolate balls are cookies made from maricese biscuits or crushed milk biscuits, then given sweetened condensed milk so the cake can blend and you can form into spherical dots.
After rounding and sticking, you just have to roll it in chocolate so that the cake sphere has a delicious chocolate blanket. The addition of chocolate bars in marie cake adds to the more legit and sweet taste of chocolate. Here's the complete recipe.
INGREDIENTS:
- 100 grams marie cake (puree)
- 4 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
- 50 grams of chocolate bars (melted)
- 50 grams of chocolate meses
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Blend the marie cake. Then enter sweetened condensed milk and shape the balls as big as marbles. Bake in oven about 15 minutes or until dry
- Dip the cake into melted chocolate, then roll it into the chocolate meses
- Put it in the refrigerator to make the chocolate hard and the cake still crisp
- Serve
