BALADO SQUID (HOT CHILI)
Balado spices can be combined with a variety of food ingredients, one of which is squid. This Balado squid recipe has a savory and slightly sour spicy flavor produced from a mixture of vegetable starfruit and green tomatoes, plus the aroma of seafood produced from squid that has been fried first makes this food more appetizing. Balado squid that has been cooked and then poured onto warm white rice makes anyone who sees it immediately tempted to eat it.
