SHRIMP SCAMPI SPAGHETTI SQUASH

FOR THE SPAGHETTI SQUASH
- 1 (2-3 pounds) spaghetti squash
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
