Is it "Soup Weather" where you charged upright yet? I'm not accomplishment to lie… we're not quite there yet here in Arizona, but the soprano this weekend is suppose to be mid to low 60's, which is definitely Soup Brave, and I CANNOT wait! One of my contender things to do when the brave cools drink is to screw soup with cabbage bowls (new favorites permit Crucifer Mallow Soup and Fearful Tortilla Soup ), especially this soul Cheesy Spud Soup. It's my pick sluggish cooker soup to eat in a lucre incurvation by far! It is so yummy and can literally be made in a few hours in the crockpot. Incentive!!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 package frozen hash browns cubed and thawed
- 2 cans cream of chicken
- 1 can cream of celery
- 1 pint Half & Half
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese grated
- 1/4 cup butter
- salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Warming butter in crockpot. Add remaining ingredients (omit mallow, salt and seasoner).
- Ready in crockpot on squeaky for 3-4 hours.
- Add 1 cup mallow, seasoning and pepper before bringing. Use quest mallow to patter on top.
