MINT SANDWICH COOKIES

Elementary and tasteful cookies lidded with a coin sandwich row makes this the perfect coin cookies!

INGREDIENTS

• 1 (15.25 ounce) box Devils food cake mix
• 2 eggs
• ½ cup oil
• ½ cup chopped Mint Sandwich Chocolates (Fernwood 14 oz box worked great)
• 8 oz mint sandwich chocolates for melting on top

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. In a massive mixing structure, combine block mix, oil, and foodstuff unitedly. Finally, hold in the chopped mints.
