PADANG SAUCE CRAB

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 tails 300 grams of fresh crabs
  • Sufficient vegetable oil to fry crabs
  • 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 6 onion cloves, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 cm ginger, finely chopped
  • 4 tablespoons of bottled spicy chili sauce
  • ½ tsp pepper powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 75 ml of water

INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Turn off the crab, wash it clean. Discard his legs, spread the claws.
  2. Fry the crabs in hot and plenty of oil until cooked and dried. Lift and drain.
  3. Seasoning: heat oil, saute onion and garlic, until wilted and fragrant.
  4. Add ginger, chili sauce, ground chili, tomato sauce, pepper, salt and water.
  5. Stir until boiling.
  6. Add fried crab, stir until blended. Cook until the seasoning permeates.
