GUAVA SYRUP

GUAVA SYRUP

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 kg of red guava is fresh, washed, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 400 grams of sugar
  • 1 liter of water
INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Mix the guava which has been chopped with 500 ml of water then blend.
  2. Pour in a saucepan, add 500 ml of water and 400 grams of sugar and boil.
  3. Remove the foam and strain it.
  4. Serve as a fresh drink plus water with ice cubes.

But if you are lazy to make it, red guava syrup is available in packaging and you can drink it immediately without having to bother making it. But it's better if you make it yourself because it is feared that if you drink guava syrup directly from the packaging, there is an artificial sweetener that is not good for health.
