GUAVA SYRUP

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 kg of red guava is fresh, washed, peeled and roughly chopped
- 400 grams of sugar
- 1 liter of water
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Mix the guava which has been chopped with 500 ml of water then blend.
- Pour in a saucepan, add 500 ml of water and 400 grams of sugar and boil.
- Remove the foam and strain it.
- Serve as a fresh drink plus water with ice cubes.
