FRIED SQUID
For the seafood enthusiast, the menu of fried calamari flour must be familiar, right? Either eaten as a snack or as a delicious side dish of white rice. Many also serve along with fries.
Flourful fried squid is not tough calamari and flour tastes savory and crunchy. Because it is necessary alloy some flour and also a little extra baking soda to fried flour can expand.
INGREDIENTS:
- 300 grams of fresh squid
- 1 lemon, squeeze the water
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper powder
- 3 tablespoons of wheat flour
- 1sdm rice flour
- 1 tbsp tapioca flour
- T tsp baking powder
- 1 egg, shake off
- right amount of oil
Sauce :
- Mayonaise
- Tomato sauce
- Chili sauce
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Clean the squid and peel the skin, then cut ½ cm round
- Spread the squid with lemon juice
- Add salt and pepper, stir until well blended
- Mix flour, rice flour and tapioca flour, mix well
- Roll the squid in a mixture of flour until evenly distributed
- Dip it to beaten eggs, pick up
- Roll back into the flour mixture until it is evenly closed, remove and set aside
- Heat oil and fry squid until cooked golden
- Serve with a complement, tomato sauce, chili sauce and mayonnaise
