You are going to fall in love with the flavors of Smithfield Marinated Fresh Pork.  It is slow-marinated and perfectly seasoned,   and available in a variety of mouthwatering flavors including; Roasted Garlic and Cracked Black Pepper, Roasted Golden Rotisserie, Sweet Teriyaki, or Applewood Smoked Bacon.  It is available in a variety of cuts including pork roasts, loin filets, chops, ribs, sirloins, and tenderloins, and can be sliced or cubed for faster cooking.

You start by preparing your fresh pork.  I chose to slow cook the Smithfield Seasoned Carnitas, but you can also saute, grill, or roast Marinated Fresh Pork Products.  Once your carnitas is finished, you saute the peppers until tender and remove them and set aside on a plate.  You then prepare the creamy sauce and let it simmer until it starts to thicken.  Add the pasta and carnitas to the pan and toss until heated.  This is also great served with your favorite toppings.  Tomatoes, chopped avocado, cilantro, all work great.
