CHOCOLATE CAPPUCINO COOKIES

INGREDIENTS:
Cookies Material :
  • 150 grams of butter
  • 75 grams of powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 15 grams of powdered chocolate
  • 50 g of ready made capucinno powder
  • 100 grams of dark chocolate, melts
  • 25 grams of cornstarch
  • 200 grams of medium protein flour
Topping Material :
  • ½small egg white
  • 125 grams of refined sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of lime juice
  • 25 grams of cappuccino powder ready to use
  • 50 grams of chocolate paste
INSTRUCTIONS:
How to Make Cookies :
  1. Beat margarine, butter, refined sugar and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Add the eggs, mix well
  3. Mix flour, milk, powdered chocolate and cornstarch, then add little by little to the mixture, stirring with a wooden spoon until the flour mixture runs out
  4. Add the melted dark chocolate, stir until blended
  5. Grind the mixture as thick as 1/2 cm, print round or according to your taste.
  6. Bake at 160ÂșC until the cake is cooked, set aside to cool.
How to make a topping :
  1. Mix egg white and refined sugar, little by little, until smooth
  2. Add lime juice to the mixture, mix well.
  3. Mix the mixture with ready-made cappuccino powder, chocolate paste.
  4. Add the toping material to the spray bag, cut the edges into small pieces.
  5. Decorate cookies that are cooked with toppings.
  6. Bake 5 minutes at low temperature. Cool it down.
